HPE Discover 2025, held in Las Vegas from June 23 to 26, brought together global technology leaders, experts and partners to showcase the latest in enterprise solutions, artificial intelligence and hybrid cloud. And RISC was there! Check out exclusive insights into what’s coming next.

Check out the main highlights of the event:
GreenLake Intelligence and the advancement of Agentic AI
One of the big announcements was GreenLake Intelligence, a new intelligent management framework based on autonomous agents (agentic AI), capable of analyzing, suggesting actions and even operating directly in network, storage and computing environments. These agents were incorporated into solutions such as HPE Aruba Central and the new Alletra MP X10000, enabling contextualized and predictive automation.
Storage Innovations: Alletra MP, X10000, B10000 and 4000
Another major announcement was the evolution of the Alletra family, which gained new members and features:
Alletra MP X10000: AI-focused, object-based solution with a rate of up to 15 GB/s per cabinet. A minimum of 3 cabinets are required for operation. The system has HPE's own software (it is no longer based on VAST) and works in a similar way to Qumulo. Ideal for massive data loads with a focus on AI.
Alletra MP: is the architectural basis for the X10000 (object) and B10000 (unified – supports block and file) models.
Alletra 4000: highly dense storage platform, with capacity for 92 NL disks, plus 8 12TB NVMe for cache, and 2 480GB SSDs for boot. It has 1 controller that manages the 100 disks alone (there is space for a second one, but in this case, the disks need to be divided). HPE recommends using only one controller.

HPE Discover 2025: HPE + NVIDIA Drive AI with AI Factory and Private Cloud AI
During HPE Discover 2025, the strategic partnership between HPE and NVIDIA was once again reinforced with the launch of HPE Private Cloud AI a turnkey infrastructure solution that is ready to use for artificial intelligence projects.
This solution is delivered in a single rack, which includes:
AI-Optimized Servers
High-Performance Storage
Connectivity Switches
And Fully Integrated NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software
Available in four sizes (S, M, L, and XL), HPE Private Cloud AI is designed to deliver performance, security, and scalability while dramatically reducing deployment complexity.
It is the ideal choice for companies that want to accelerate their AI initiatives in a practical, efficient way and with the support of two of the biggest technology leaders in the world.

New HPE ProLiant Gen12 Servers
HPE has introduced the new generation of ProLiant Gen12 servers, equipped with 5th generation AMD EPYC processors and compatible with the new NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs.
These servers offer:
Energy efficiency with air- or liquid-cooled versions.
Compute Ops Management integration for intelligent management.
Support for AI, automation, database, and cloud computing workloads
CloudOps Suite and new version of CloudPhysics
The CloudOps Software Suite has been launched, unifying Morpheus, OpsRamp and Zerto into a single solution for controlling hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Another highlight was the announcement of the new version of CloudPhysics Plus, scheduled for release in September. The tool will now offer a complete assessment of the IT environment, including physical components and non-HPE brands, expanding its usefulness in digital transformation projects.
Smarter networks with Aruba and Juniper
The acquisition of Juniper Networks was consolidated, integrating its resources into the Aruba Networking portfolio. The goal is to offer even more intelligent, automated and secure networks for data centers, carriers and mission-critical environments.
Supercomputing with HPE Cray
HPE also highlighted its leadership in supercomputing with the HPE Cray line, currently responsible for the three largest supercomputers in the world. Highlight for El Capitan, the most powerful currently, with:
45,544 AMD GPUs
87 racks
35 MW consumption
Equivalent to approximately 5,500 NVIDIA DGX
